The images of the Sony PSP 4000 are out! Yes, you can now have a look at the model and what it would be like. Most sites which display PSP 4000 images show only two images â?? the one with large screen (screen not slide up) and the other showing the slider screen disclosing the gamin buttons on the user interface. The one common question that is running after the images have been disclosed by some sites on PSP-4000 is â?? will Sony PSP 4000 look like this?

The sites which are showing the PSP 4000 images have written in a bold and confident way that in an unanticipated move, SONY has announced details of their next PlayStation Portable which will be called PSP 4000. According to them David Reeve, President Sony Computer Entertainment Europe in a press conference has announced this hardware update. This is just a baseless statement! Because Sony has not announced anything formally on this issue and how they got the image of PSP-4000 when SONY themselves donâ??t know anything about it.

You will not find anything about the PSP-4000 in the official site of SONY and the PSP 4000 images that are shown can be just morphed images. There is no true base for those images. One cannot believe the images or such rumor till one has something substantial on the issue. There are many reliable sources which claim that almost all prominent Position Holders of SONY are denying such a release or a console in the market in 2009. They simply put forward that they donâ??t want to comment on rumors. For instance John Koller, the Hardware Marketing Director for Sony straightforwardly denied any such launch.

According to Eurogamer John Koller, the Sony Hardware Marketing Director is hiding something and the brand doesnâ??t want to disclose too early any such project to avoid competitors getting their clues. That is very unusual. Why would some brand disclose such hot news and if something would have been brewing, they would have indicated it in a different way.

Lots of spectators and gamers believe that the PSP 4000 images are true and that SONY is truly planning to launch the portable console to compete Nintendo DSi the new console that is expected to release in the market of North America in the mid of this year, 2009. The details on the model and the images were sketchy. The sources whichever are displaying the PSP 4000 images havenâ??t mentioned from where they got those pictures and how the got those when SONY Entertainment official website doesnâ??t have such images.

If they have been leaked by some insiders then that is very good. The gamers like us will have some to rejoice about because the features told about the gaming console like touch screen and slider are convenient to use. But if they are false and morphed images, then it would be something which is creating a noise without core inside.
