in this tutorial i show you how to open your psp and remove the umd door cover

NOTE: on the left bottom side of the thing under the display, there you can see 3 screws. if the one in the middle is NOT your black screw, remove THIS one. sometimes it’s different.

Basically take out the 5 screws shown, pop off the faceplate and you’re there. I went ahead and took off the LCD screen too as a lot of people have to replace the screen, myself included.
