just go to “vixy …
just go to “vixy net” replace space with dot. enter link to youtube video you want and click drop down menu and then select MP4 for ipod/PSP video file. you can download the program instead of using web version because it is alot more stable and reliable but just if you dont want to, use the web converter. once file is downloaded to your desktop you can name the video, drag the downloaded video file now to your video folder on root of psp, wait for it to transfer and your done.
