How do I use free WiFi on my PSP to get to Playstation Store?

Do I have to walk in, turn on the PSP, make a PSN account, download the PSOne Classic I want, and thats it? I don’t need a laptop or it won’t cost anything just to use the free WiFi?

All i did was connect to the roughter ( you may have to be pretty close to it ) thats all i had to do it was simple :\
