how do i put games on my sony psp memory card after formating it? All the folders have benn deleted..?

I forgot to make a back up of the folders for my psp memory card. Then I format my memory card, and all the files have been deleted including those specialized folder like iso foldder, themes folder, etc….

That wasn’t smart was it.

You can’t retrieve them once you reformat.
