how do i get the secert events on pokemon emerald on the psp?

I have pokemon emerald on my psp but i don’t know how to get all those secert legandarys like lugia, mew, deoxys, and exc… can you help me friends :)

On the PSP, you can’t get them, unless you have a cheat.

I can’t think of the codes right off the top of my head right now, but once I take a look at my PSP I’ll probably edit my answer or email you them.

    I hear you can get them from special events. I think the special event tours are over for Emerald.
