my friends gave me movies/videos from her ipod which are all in mp4 format. But every time i try to put it in my psp, it saids unsupported data or it’s not there… what do i do and how do i put videos in psp?
(i tried to convert it with PSP video 9 but it said they can’t convert it…)

Hi, if the video is purchased from iTunes, it is protected by DRM, so you need to remove the DRM protection firstly then convert to MP4 supported by PSP.
I recommend Daniusoft Media Converter which can help you remove media DRM and convert it to other video formats such as WMV, FLV, AVI, ASF, MP4, 3GP, etc.

The music, video you download from iTunes is drm protected. in order to play it on non-apple mp3/mp4 players, you need to remove the drm and convert the protected music to other audio /video format. the easiest way is to burn an audio cd in itunes and rip it back as mp3 format. PSP supports only MP4-AVC video, not general MP4 video, please make sure your video is compatible with PSP. Assume your video has the right format, you just need to copy the mp4 video to the "Video" folder in your psp memory stick, done. If you don’t have the video folder, just create it by yourself.
