* A .RAR file is just an archive, like ZIP. rar can have a PTF file enclosed in it. you just need to extract it with something such as winrar

Help plz, i downloaded the themes to PICTURE folder cause i don’t see a themes folder then i went to my psp and in the PICTURE folder i found MINE folder wich i found out that that folder is the themes folder but then it ses 0 items in it but when psp connected to laptop i go to the psp folder and to the PICTURE folder and there they show but in my psp the don’t. Can any1 help me?
