anyone know how to unlock all levels on gta vice city psp?

i just wanna know how to unlock all the levels and beat the game with a simple cheat code thanks!
or how to get somekind of flying thing without beating the game!1
There is no cheat to "unlock all the levels". You have to keep progressing with the story.

ok theres no cheat to do that however you can get a gamesave try http://www.psp-saves.net you just replace your saved game with one thats alreaddy unlocked all the levels then boom! look on youtube on how to do this in greater detail. good luck!
