I want to downgrade my psp firmware 6.00 so i can hack it…i’m not that good with all this stuff so can someone help me out?

i cant get the internet in my psp plez help me im have been tring for months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Start your PSP -> go to "Network Settings" -> then to "Infrastructure mode" and select a connection to edit.

2. Go to “Address Settings” and select the “IP Address Setting” as Automatic

3 Now go to “DNS Setting” -> click on manual and type in the address of the web gateway you want to use. The Endgadget gateway(208.42.28.174) is very popular for this. Or just type 67.171.70.72 as your Primary DNS and just leave the Secondary DNS blank or type 0.0.0.0

(YOU CAN FIND MANY GATEWAYS WITH A QUICK YAHOO OR GOOGLE SEARCH)

4. Go to “Proxy Server” options and select “Do Not Use”!

Now you just need to confirm everything by pushing X when prompted

OK? Launch now Wipeout:Pure and go to the Downloads menu for testing the connection.
When it asked to select a connection, choose the one you have just been editing.

Now you should can go online with your PSP

i need to get my psp 1000 version 6.20 down to a version lower than version 5.03 to get custom firmware, how would i do this? ur responses will help.

You need a pandoras batttery look it up on google to buy one for like 20 dollars or go to youtube.com and type in how to make a pandoras battery for PSP 1000.

Thats the only way that i can think of unless ChicHEN R2 (or r3 what ever the next one out is) can lower it past that.

I have Me & my Katamari for the PSP, but everything is in Japanese. I can figure most of it out, but I still don’t know where to go to to save my progress. Any instructions could help.

Don’t Worry the Hackers are cracking right now.
The only problem you should worry about is psp go be-cuz lot of hackers are in psp go’s side
they cracked go then psp 3000.
Let me tell you a advice, you can treat you psp as a music player, comic reader, movie player (plays better with AVEC files), or UMD game console.

I guess it the hack should be coming out around these few month or weeks, because 6.00 and 6.10 is not even hacked it yet. so just wait. I updated my 3000 to 6.20 and now F**K it does not play ISO or CSO anymore. Don’t be hopeless.

The hack might release anytime! maybe tomorrow it can also be a few years or month. Don’t worry it will be release around these few months/weeks.

if you want to watch movies, just go download a torrent downloader and find torrents anywhere using the internet. I highly recommended you to download utorrent because is fast and useful.

You can also go buy some UMD games or get a psp network card in the gaming stores. Credit cards could also buy games on the psp network station (Networking are needed to access)

If you have wireless internet it should be simple. On your PSP go to settings and look for web, or internet settings, then you click on scan it sould find your network enter the security code and bam.
