when ever i go to play it it say "the copyright protection is invalid". please how do you cure this.

well maybe it is not the video format to psp

Some sand got into my psp 3001, and now it won’t play any UMD games . I’ve tried shaking it,lightly patting it on the back and i’ve tried vacuuming it. i’m not quite sure what to do. i heard that lots of people have had this problem and they just upgraded to CFW and it was all peachy. My psp is 6.20 version and i can’t get CFW (at least not yet, maybe in a couple of years…) Anybody who has the same problem or knows anyway to fix it, ANY way. That would be extremely helpful, thanks. How much would sony charge to clean a psp?

there only one solution….if you have bought before one year u can use d warranty card…to get it repaired….u can give to sony service center but it will cost u a bit of money

the PSP of my nephew has a problem in its firmware, i planned to ocopy the firmware from a healthy one to this one , any help?

Typically when you update a firmware it’s done through the system’s built in downloader, however if you’re having problems accessing it, you can use a card reader or cable to connect your nephew’s psp to your computer you can download the latest firmwares directly from Sony

You must first have custom firmware m33 or gen

then you get an iso file(an ISO is the image of a game)
CSO can also be used(a CSO is a compressed image of a game with less quality)
then you create an ISO folder(after ur psp is hacked)

then drag the ISO to the folder(let the file transfer)

go to vsh menu in the psp(hitting select)
and choose m33 driver
go to games and your downloaded games should be there

i have a wireless router for internet put i can’t seem to connect my psp to it to. the WLAN switch is where its supposed to be but i still cannot connect to the router…can someone explain how i can get internet on my psp from my wireless router?
the thing is…when i try to create the connection for my router…it doesn’t show up in the scan so i can’t create the connection so i can get on to it…its very frustrating

i had this problem before,

depending on your router, you need to go to your desktop where the router is located. then reconfigure the wireless router settings. if you happen to have a link systems wireless router. from the desktop go to start,network,view device webpage or open any folder, then type in (http://192.168.1.1) and hit enter, then put in your username and password, but if you didn’t put one then just type admin in the password field and press enter. now you should be able to access the router setup.

go to wireless, then look for wireless type. It should have 3 options: G, B, or mixed. Choose mixed (B and G) then click apply changes. Most laptops and other wireless devices are now using G because its faster. However, Psp’s use B.

So, basically whatever router you have, reconfigure it so that it uses both types (B and G).
