I baught a PSP 3001 around January 10 and today, i was on the main screen and it turned to a really bright yellowish color. was it me or the psp. and how can i change it back???
the background changes to a different colour every month, if you want to chose a permanent colour, go to the settings and change the theme
Okay can someone please explain the steps on how to put movies into my psp from limewire. please explain steps SPECIFICALLY and really clearly. Thank you so much.
1. dl from limewire.
2. make sure the movie is in mp4 format, if not use a converter like this one:

3. connect your psp to a camera usb cord, or take the memstick out of the psp and put it in your computer.
4. Move the movie into the folder in the root of your psp called VIDEO (should be in all caps). The root means the bottom layer, so any other folder that the psp has is contained in the root.

I am a new user to the psp, so i bought a dvd psp game and i dont know how to transfer to memory card and play.
PSP can not support the DVD movie format, you need to convert the dvd into MP4 and h.264. i recommend you to use leawo free dvd to psp converter. For Win: http://www.leawo.com/dvd-to-psp-converter/
For Mac: http://www.leawo.com/dvd-ripper-mac/ it is professional for dvd to psp. and it is free with no limitation. it is free and easy to use. Here are some steps:
1, open the program and insert your DVD, of course
2, click load DVD to find out the video you need to convert.
3, setting. set something you can find on the program, like merge some clip into one, and which folder do you want to put the mp4 in
4, click start then wait till the process finish.
5, after you got the MP4 video, you can save it in the VIDEO folder. Then you can play it. =] Here is step by step guide, I think it may can help you too.

I hate it when they release an update. The link at the bottom of the page will tell how you downgrade your PSP (but only if its a 1000-aka Fat PSP). The Slim has a similar hack, but the 3000 doesn’t have a lot yet.
